Claudia Olsson, the Founder, and CEO of Stellar Capacity is an innovation leader in the field of digital transformation. She holds a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in International Business from the Stockholm School of Economics. In addition, Claudia has attended the Graduate Studies Program at Singularity University at NASA Ames Research Center and is an alumnus of the executive training programs at Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Harvard Kennedy School. She is passionate about approaching global challenges through smart solutions in governance, technology, and, business, and her work focuses on addressing the impact of new technologies on people, society, leadership, organizations, and global markets. 

 

Claudia is a steering board member of the Software Development Academy and Swedes Abroad. She has served as a Senior Advisor to the Office of Strategic Analysis at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Sweden.  She has also been appointed a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum as well as a David Rockefeller Fellow at the Trilateral Commission. Furthermore, she has been selected as one of the 40 under 40 European Young Leaders by Friends of Europe. 

 

Besides being one of Europe’s most sought-after speakers on exponential technologies, digital leadership, the future of skills and jobs, and governance, Claudia is a prolific writer. While being a member of the High-Level Industrial Roundtable "Industry 2030" at the European Commission, Claudia co-authored The Vision for Industry 2030 for the European Union. She also co-authored the strategic innovation agenda for the Swedish Steel and Metal industry with a specific focus on the possibilities of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Additionally, she has authored the report Blockchain-decentralized trust. Adding on to her much accomplished career trajectory, in 2021, Claudia got selected as one of the guest speakers / “Sommarpratare” for one of the most popular and prestigious Summer programs on Swedish radio.
