Your mission

As a Business Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by establishing new customer relationships and driving strategic sales for our cutting-edge learning programs.


From Artificial Intelligence bootcamps to programs in creativity, leadership, and change management, our offerings equip leaders and executives with the skills they need to thrive in today’s fast-paced, digitally-driven landscape.

Your mission will be to:

  • Ignite new partnerships: Proactively identify and engage new clients for our open and customized education programs, using your prospecting prowess and relationship-building skills.

  • Drive growth: Generate new business opportunities through strategic outreach, fostering sustainable customer relationships via phone, LinkedIn, and email.

  • Deliver tailored solutions: Gain insights into client challenges and collaborate with our Research and Program Delivery teams to deliver exceptional value.

  • Expand our reach: Develop and test effective sales strategies to grow our customer base in Sweden and abroad.

  • Lead client engagement: Manage the entire client journey, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience from first contact to program delivery.

  • Collaborate with top industry players: Work alongside Europe’s most innovative companies, helping them develop the skills needed to lead high-performance, future-focused organizations.

To excel in this role, you should:

  • Have 5-10 years of experience in business development, sales, management consulting, or a similar field - or the go-getter attitude to make up for it!

  • Be sales-driven and motivated by targets, with a natural ability to influence and close deals.

  • Have a strong interest in digitalization, AI, and new technology (you don’t need to be an expert yet but should be eager to learn).

  • Bring international experience, such as studying or working abroad or collaborating across cultures.

  • Possess leadership presence—the ability to own a room, communicate confidently, and connect with clients.

  • Be fluent in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills in both.

  • Be solution-oriented, always finding creative ways to achieve goals.

  • Embody an A-player mentality—driven, ambitious, and ready to make an impact with an exceptional team.
